Welcome to ALIA Online, a place for connecting with others engaged in "Authentic Leadership in Action." The ALIA Institute began as the Shambhala Summer Institute, which has been convening annually in Nova Scotia, Canada, since 2001. The Institute's programs connect pioneering leaders with each other, and with the perspectives, tools, and practices needed to create the new systems of the future.
